Latest developement: a brilliant solution for most application.
Different degrees of hardness / thickness / flexibility are available to match any requirement, but they all sport the outstanding characteristics:

• Just one possibility for insertion of the wire: zero room for error.
• No stitches : flush appearance
• Good brush : to better cushion and hide the wires
• Slimmer than traditional flat tubes, softer than woven ones
• Strong tubular inner core : the wires can not go poke out
• Resistance to washing at 90 °C
• 100% Nylon, 100 °C dyeing without any problem!

Production

• Fabrics
  There are two kinds of outer fabric: brushed nylon tricot and brushed nylon microfiber. Brushed nylon tricot is then available into two weights: regular for most of production and heavy for corsetry and superior quality products. Microfiber is being used for highest quality items, where extreme softness is mandatory.
  HMtube is made with an heavier grade of brushed nylon.
  
  
• Sewings
  The choice between one and two sewings is usually a matter of bra building criteria e sometimes a aestetical issue. One-sewing casing better follows the breast curvature, while two-sewing is more resistant during product lifecycle. Hm has no sewing, as it is laminated with a special heat resistant glue.
  
• Inner part
  The interlining plays many roles: makes casing stiffer and more resistant, somewhat softening the feel of the underwire, avoid the color of the underwire to be seen, keeps the casing steady while dyeing. The interlining can be saved for cheaper production, getting substantial cost reduction. Three types of interlining are available for standard casings
  • Nonwoven: slightly stiffening the casing, excellent masking of the underwire tips, cheapest, good long-term resistance, good cushioning of the underwire. Caution: standard NW is not dyable, you must specify when ordering if you need the dyable option.
  • Standard thermoset charmeuse: casing stays flexible, better long-term resistance, good masking of the underwire tips.
  • Heavy thermoset charmeuse: excellent long-term resistance and wire tip masking. Useful for heavy corsetry or large-sizes bras.
  
  For HM tubes there are four types of tubular cores:
  
  • "2": tightly woven and extremely flat. Not suited to narrow bends.
  • "3": less tight, thicker, good bending
  • "35": thicker than 3, same behaviour
  • "4": thickest, for heavy duty builds
• Width
  The width is related to the folders and needle gauge used by the Customer to assemble the bra. Choice is usually made at the production level, rather than style.
  
• Colors
  Our standard colors are: White, Black, Ivory, Skin (Sahara), Christmas Red. For your convenience, we can also supply the wire casing ready-to-dye (not available in stock, made on request to keep even yarn batches). NB:: except our wire casing with NW interlining, composition is always 100% Polyamide, making it possible to dye the white color (in case you need rush sampling or small lots) you can have in stock.

FAQ (frequently asked questions)

I want the cheapest wire casing

As different styles and qualities of bra are available, a choice components are available to build them. Seeking the lowest priced wire case available without considering the quality, it can assure immediate saving but with regrettable delayed effects : low quality wire casing means underwires poking through (punching out) and getting one less returning customer. Even for its cheapest casings, Jdeal-Form uses fabrics made with top quality yarns, finished and dyed with safe chemicals by experienced personnel. We believe that offering quality is something that cannot be given up for anybody, whatever its marketplace, especially when the quality is being offered at a negligible price difference ( usually less than 0.05 % of the industrial cost of a mass-produced bra )

I want dye the wire casing

If the Customer has already our standard white wire casing, it can dye it in the desired color, accepting an iridescence of the shade obtained due to the underlying “optical white” dye. All wire casing (except those with non-woven interlining) are 100% Polyamide (thread included) allowing an homogeneous result of the dyeing process. For an impeccable dye we can however supply raw wire casing (scoured and heat-stabilized). We remind you the availability of our custom dyeing service: call us to know more !

HM casings: for best results we recommend using the greige (scoured) version.

Your raw wire casing is fine for my “ivory” models

Our raw wire casing is produced without any dyeing treatment other than scouring and thermosetting, thus the color can change according the yarns batches. We suggest to request a sample of our current raw fabric for your reference and approval, before producing your order.

I need 50 meters of this shade.

Our minimum dye lot is 1000 meters per color. We can supply 50 meters of custom-dyed wire casing invoicing our dyeing cost for the smallest batch ( the cost of dyeing 1000 meters ).

I need urgently some wire casing dyed with this color

If we already got an order for a shade like yours from another customer, we can increase the dyeing batch to include your order and possibly speed up the delivery: contact us for more information.

I have made some washing tests on your casing... …and it has shortened a bit!

Don’t worry: it’s a reversible phenomena. Just apply a gentle pull to get the casing back to the original length. When sewn on a bra and with an underwire inside, no noticeable shortening will happen.

Wire casing can be dry cleaned ?

Even if possible, it is recommended to avoid it : the wire casing has no problem with this cleaning process, but the boning could be damaged by solvents with unpredictable results.

HM casings: dry cleaning isn't allowed.
