Underwires can be supplied in bundles held by rubber bands or packaged inside bar-coded polybags.Boxes may contain up to 3000 pairs each.

I want an underwire for this molded cup
It is really hard to suggest the precise shape and size of underwire to build a bra with molded cups, since closely related to the Customer bra manufacturing process. Jdeal-Form can suggest the most suitable solutions, but the choice of the exact item needed to build the bra is usually entrusted to the Customer’s style / modeling office.
I am designing a new bra, but I cannot find a suitable shape on your catalog

I need to obtain the grading of this shape
Usually all we need to know is the measure of the length difference between sizes : we will develop the grading accordingly, with the developing rules commonly employed. Should you need a custom grading rule, with special geometry, it would be better giving us the drawing of each shape requested.
Will this underwire fit a “C” cup ??
Underwire alone won’t define the cup type (A,B,C,...) as it is not responsible for the cup depth. The combined effect of cup and underwire must be considered to correctly name the bra size.
Do underwires withstand a machine wash ?
Yes, provided that a soft cycle is selected, with half of the standard machine load. For a longer bra lifespan, usually a delicate hand wash is suggested.
How many sizes can be made ?
There are no set limit to the maximum size of a underwire. Our machinery and production process are been designed to make all the shapes and sizes of underwire that can be normally used to build a bra. According to our experience so far, 95% of underwires produced have a length between 15 and 25 cm. Wires shorter than 15 cm or longer than 25 cm can be more expensive due to the increased cost of handling or the increase of material used.
Do underwires rust ?
No. The wires sold by Jdeal-Form are made with top class materials, offering double protection against rusting, since the metal is first galvanized then coated with an high quality polymer skin, very strong and water-resistant. Wire tips are post coated to protect from rusting and avoid scratching.
Are underwires uncomfortable ?
No, if the bra is correctly built and purchased with the fitting size. Is widely known that well over 70% (yes, seventy ! ) of consumers wear a wrong size (or model) of bra. When a bra is too tight, the bra is “marking” the sides of the torso and the pressure against body is excessive. Should instead be too wide, the bra “rocks” and won’t give any value to the wearer shape, nor give any comfort.
Besides, often the strap length and bra closure are not properly adjusted to match the wearer body shape.
Is it possible to bend the wires by hand to adapt to my model ?
Even if it could be possible, is not advisable since only the machinery can bend both the wires of a bra into a smooth (flat) shape, comfortable and aesthetically pleasant.
Underwires can go into bras to be molded ?
Yes. The resin used to coat the tips has been purposely developed to resist at standard moulding temperatures (195 C°).
What is the right model for a push-up bra, balconet, bridal,…?
As usual, the starting point is the customer design: once defined the shape and fashion of the bra (= at what extent the breast must be supported), will be searched an underwire shape with fitting shape width and length. With the same length of wire we can supply many items to evaluate and find the perfect match to customer request.
Underwires can be dry cleaned ?
As there are many different chemicals used by dry cleaners with no established standard, we can't give the any assurance about results.
I want lighter shades of color on the tips
The tip colors have been carefully formulated to allow easy selection yet having no way to be seen thru channeling.
Therefore, if you can see tip color on your bra, it could be time to evaluate good quality channeling as our HM tubes !
Can you fax/e-mail me a shape or a grading ?
Just to give an idea of the shape and the grading, since many facsimile and printers can not assure a precise output, shrinking or enlarging the shapes therefore giving false references. We can supply free of charge the grading for the requested items printed at 1:1 precise scale, for quality controls.
