La tecnologia ci ha consentito di crescere e competere internazionalmente, senza bisogno di dover delocalizzare.
Crediamo fermamente nel dover demandare quanto piu' possibile i compiti ripetitivi alle macchine e lasciare agli operatori le funzioni di controllo della qualità.
Lo sviluppo è testimoniato dall'uso di tecnologie ancora sconosciute presso molti concorrenti !

  • Ferrett(TM) scanning and blueprint managing software .

    Our scanning station solution allows the user to start from a sample, digitize it, store into a database, print blueprint in any fashion he likes, then send it to our Jpanel (networked) bending unit. Using cheap scanner and printers it takes SECONDS to get the job done. Can be used also as a standalone system to manage underwire archives when dealing with several product lines and collections.

  • Jpanel(TM) underwire bending station* .

    The bending system consists of : decoiler, bending machine, continuous heat treatment oven.
    Every production task is done thru a PC touchscreen: it takes SECONDS to change article !
    Optional: ink-jet wire marking interface.
    One operator can manage up to three production units.

  • Produzione ferretti(Wire tipping station*)

    Fully automated to get the lowest cost without effort: two operators can get up to 18.000 pieces/hour.
    Induction heaters, digital displays, automated unloading: everything is in control and production rate is the highest available on the planet (with two operators).
