Can you make all-cotton push-ups ?

No: cellulose-based fibers (as cotton) aren’t thermoplastic, therefore cannot be ultrasonic-welded.

Can you make custom-coloured push-ups ?

Yes, keep in mind however that fiberfill inside is always white and finished result is always a lighter shade of what you need (ex.: black outside fabric means that the finished product will be dark-grey).
