Underwire (scanning + bending station*) .
Our scanning station solution allows the user to start from a sample, digitize it, store into a database, print blueprint in any fashion he likes, then send it to the (networked) bending unit. Using cheap scanner and printers it takes SECONDS to get the job done.The bending system consists of : decoiler, bending machine, continuous heat treatment oven.
Every production task is done thru a PC touchscreen: it takes SECONDS to change article !
Optional: ink-jet wire marking interface.
One operator can manage up to three production units.

Fully automated to get the lowest cost without effort: two operators can get up to 18.000 pieces/hour.
